Job Title: Outside Sales Representative (Roofing, Siding, Window, Deck & Gutter)
Location: Chicagoland Area
Position: 1099/Commission-Based with Bonuses/Incentives
Start Date: March 2025

We are a leading roofing, siding, and gutters construction company in the Chicagoland market, and we’re looking for motivated, energetic, and reliable individuals to join our outside sales team. Job Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads and selling roofing, siding, and gutter services to homeowners and businesses throughout the Chicagoland area. While some leads will be provided to you, you will also be responsible for proactively seeking out new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and direct outreach. Your primary focus will be building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Meet with potential customers to present our products and services.
• Provide detailed estimates and information on services.
• Close sales, meet or exceed sales targets, and drive business growth.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
• Manage your own schedule and work independently, traveling to customer locations.
• Some leads will be provided, but you’ll be responsible for generating additional leads and growing your sales pipeline.

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable transportation to travel within the Chicagoland area.
• Quick thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Eager to learn and willing to be trained (previous experience is a plus but not required).
• Highly responsible and able to manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by success.

Compensation:

• 1099/Commission-based pay structure.
• Attractive commissions on sales made.

• 1 week of paid training to help you get up to speed and start strong.
• Flexible schedule and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel throughout the Chicagoland area.
• Previous experience in sales, construction, or related fields is a plus, but not required (we will train the right individuals).
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
